Physical Security

Bulletproof's servers are housed in the Global Switch IDC, including onsite security staff managing the facility 24x7, access control using proximity card readers, multiple CCTV cameras, barrier controlled vehicle access and a secure managed delivery and loading area.

Server Security

All Bulletproof Dedicated VM Hosting is deployed from hardened server images and includes automatic patch management and anti-virus.

Network Security

All Bulletproof customers are deployed on separate, dedicated VLANs and reside behind 24x7 managed firewalls performing stateful packet inspection.

Secure Remote Access

All remote access to Bulletproof servers is performed through encrypted media including both 3DES IPSec or PPTP tunnels.

Security Policies

Access to customers' servers is restricted to authorised personnel only, as approved by authorised customer contacts.

Secure Storage

Bulletproof's Enterprise Managed Backup includes Disk to Disk to Off-site rotated tape media for maximum response and security.

Government Security Clearance

As part of a successful government tender response in 2006, Bulletproof successfully attained "Protected" clearance, thereby allowing Bulletproof staff authorised access to confidential government information.
