    *Outbound bandwidth (from your Dedicated Server to the end-user who is viewing your content) is included on an unmetered basis, and is subject to an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Included inbound bandwidth or data usage will be quoted according to the specific design of your environment. Custom bandwidth pricing can be provided for additional bandwidth requirements.

    **Operating Systems available with the service are 64-bit and comprise Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS or Windows Server 2008; Red Hat Enterprise is available for an additional charge. Non-standard OS are available, however the client is solely responsible for management and patching of same OS. Host Management includes management (monitoring, proactive troubleshooting and fault resolution) of the included standard OS.

    ***Web & DB Server Installation - Microsoft: IIS, ASP, .NET 2.0, PHP; Linux: Apache 2.x, PHP, MYSQL, PostgreSQL. Management of Web & DB software included with Enterprise Managed services involves monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and ensuring software is running with escalation through to the application owner if required. No DBA work is included in software management. Installation of other software will incur Professional Services.
