*Set Up fee discounts or promotions may apply. Outbound bandwidth included is based on a 10:1 ratio, outbound to inbound. Outbound bandwidth in excess of 10:1 ratio is charged at inbound excess rate ($4c/MB). Custom bandwidth pricing can be provided for additional bandwidth requirements.
