I don't care about extra running processes, ever
To disable alerting on any extra running processes, log into Bulletproof's Control Centre (https://cc.bulletproof.net) with the username and password supplied to you.
Select the relevant service ID for the server in question from the list.
Tick the box that says 'Don't alert for extra process' and press submit at the bottom of the page.
This will disable alerting and notification of any additional running processes present on the server. To reverse this decision, simply untick the box and re-submit.
Once you have submitted your changes, they will be presented back to you - you need to press COMMIT at this point otherwise the changes will not take effect.
