Install new software and update process fingerprint
To update the process fingerprint monitoring system to monitor the status of newly installed software, log into Bulletproof's Control Centre (https://cc.bulletproof.net) with the username and password supplied to you.
Select 'Update Process Fingerprint' from the Self Service section of the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage.
Next, select the service ID of the server that has the newly installed software.
In the 'New Process' section of the page, add the Process name, and select whether it will be Always Running, or Sometimes Running. You can add multiple new processes at one time.
Once you have added all the new processes, press Submit to add these to the process fingerprint list.
Once you have submitted your changes, they will be presented back to you - you need to press COMMIT at this point otherwise the changes will not take effect.
