A process stopped running but I didn't get alerted, and I want to be alerted in future
If a process stopped, and you weren't notified of it, you need to add that process to the list of processes that are required to be running on the server.
Log into Bulletproof's Control Centre (https://cc.bulletproof.net) with the username and password supplied to you.
Select 'Update Process Fingerprint' from Self Service, on the left-hand side menu.

Select the service ID of the server on which you want to update the process list.

Scroll down to 'New Process' and add the process name. Select the radio button 'Always Running' for the process and press submit.

Once submitted, the process will appear in the list of processes that must always be running on the server. Should this process fail in the future, you will be alerted to the fact that it has failed.
