2.  Bulletproof Support™ Premium (only)

In relation to Bulletproof Support™ for AWS services, Bulletproof will use its best endeavours to maintain the Bulletproof Support™ Premium platform for average availability each month during the Term of 100%, excluding any outages or downtime related to maintenance or management work, scheduled downtime or customer initiated downtime (including downtime due to Change Requests).

(a)  if the Bulletproof Support Premium platform has an availability of less than 100% but more than 99.99% during a given month: 25% of one months’ Bulletproof Support™ for AWS Fees;

(b)  if the Bulletproof Support™ Premium platform has an availability of less than 99.99% but more than 99.9% during a given month: 50% of one months’ Bulletproof Support™ for AWS Fees; and

(c)  if the Bulletproof Support™ Premium platform has an availability of less than 99.9% during a given month: 75% of one months’ Bulletproof Support™ for AWS Fees.
