AWS Support with pay-as-you-go-terms
Are you managing your AWS environment internally but need additional support on a case-by-case basis? Bulletproof provides AWS Support with pay-as-you-go-terms through our OnCall service.
How does it work?
- Simply click here to complete the support request form: to request immediate technical assistance, or register to become a Bulletproof Support™ OnCall client (this will fast track future support requests)
- If you have requested immediate assistance, a Support Engineer will contact you within 15 minutes
- The Support Engineer will then proceed to troubleshoot and resolve the issue
- If we can assist, you will be charged based on our scheduled professional service fees (billed in 15 minute increments) – If we can’t assist you’ll pay nothing.
OnCall is perfect for:
Use OnCall for emergency situations – such as in site outage situations — and take pressure off your internal IT teams. In many cases we can help troubleshoot and resolve issues faster because we live and breathe AWS!
You can also use OnCall for scheduled support – for example site go live or scheduled maintenance and upgrades. Again this is a great way to have available the hands-on AWS technical expertise to ensure your tasks go off without a hitch!
In each case Bulletproof will offer a Single Supplier solution for AWS infrastructure and support, with 24×7 Service Monitoring included at no additional cost. In fact there will be no fixed monthly fees whatsoever, aside from your normal AWS infrastructure costs.
