How it works:

Step 1: Phone the AC3 Service Desk to receive your unique operation code.

Step 2: Enter the code we provide you in the text box below and click the connect button.

Step 3: You will now be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in for your web browser.

Step 4: With your permission, your support technician can view your screen, share/transfer files and take control of your mouse and keyboard.

Please Note: You will be in full control of your computer at all times during the support process. You will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and you can end/pause the screen sharing at any time.
